Old First Impressions

I had the camera at work today for the Holiday Party and took a shot of our trading floor. My seat is way off in the background behind the pillar near the top center; this is one of the trading rows on a tranquil day (other than hundreds of kids fueled up on cotton candy).

I wish I'd gotten a good photo back before we had flat screens. The best first impression of the floor I ever heard (second hand) was that of a colleague's mother over a decade ago: "My God. It's a digital sweatshop!".
